How much will my delivery cost?

  • Delivery Cost £65.00 inc vat
  • Deliveries within M25 only
  • Choice of x2 weekly delivery slots, which will be confirmed once the order is received.

When will my delivery arrive?

Our delivery times vary depending on which item you have purchased.  We will confirm your delivery dates at the time of purchase and also in your order confirmation.  

What happens if I do not receive my parcel?

If you do not receive your item(s) within your delivery timescale, please contact our customer service team and we will investigate the matter further.

Can I track my Order?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order has been placed and then when it has been dispatched. You can also keep track of your order via your Aark account online. For more information, please contact our customer service team.

How do I provide additional delivery instructions?

Please include any additional delivery instructions when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I change the delivery details?

I've placed an order but not heard anything

We aim to keep you informed every step of the way via email, however our customer services team are always available should you can have any questions or queries.

I've received only part of my order, what should I do?

Please refer to your dispatch confirmation to check delivery dates. Due to the nature of our business some items may arrive at different times. If is this is not the case, please contact our customer services team on +44 (0)20 7352 5250 or customerservice@aark.com and we will investigate the matter further.

My order is arriving too soon and I am not ready, what can I do?

Call our customer service team on +44 (0)20 7352 5250 with your order details and when you would like your order to be delivered. As long as your order has not been dispatched our team will arrange for it to be held until you are ready.

It's been longer than the estimated lead time and I still haven't received my order, what should I do?

I've tracked my order and it says it has already been delivered, but I don't have it. What should I do?

Please check with a neighbour in case it has been left with them, if not, please contact our customer service team on +44 (0)20 7352 5250 or enquiries@aarklondon.com and we will investigate the matter further.

Can I speed up my order?

Due to the nature of our products we cannot normally speed up orders, but please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to accommodate.

My order is later than expected - what shall I do?

How do I know when my delivery will arrive?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with all your delivery details. If you have any queries, please contact our customer service team.

What happens if I'm not there when delivery is attempted?

If you are not going to be available on the agreed delivery time and date, please contact our customer service team to rearrange delivery. If your order has already been dispatched and you are not in when delivery is attempted the item(s) will be returned to our warehouse. Our team will be able to arrange redelivery but this might incur an extra delivery cost at the rate originally paid.
