Can you process my refund onto a different credit/debit card?

No, I’m afraid this isn’t something we are able to do. The refund will go back onto the same card you used to place the order.

How will I be refunded?

All refunds will be processed using the same method used to place your order.

When will I see my refund in my account?

As soon as your parcel reaches us, depending on your card issuer, your refund should appear on your account within 5 working days.

Can I change my delivery address?

You can do this up to 24 hours before we dispatch your item(s). If your items have already been dispatched, changing your delivery address isn’t possible and you may be charged for arranging redelivery. How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order until we dispatch your item(s) and receive a full refund. Please contact our customer service team on +44 (0)20 7352 5250 or enquiries@aarklondon.com and we will cancel your order for you.

If you have ordered a custom made item, please contact our customer services team to discuss your options.

What is your returns policy?

We appreciate that everyone can change their mind, that’s why we give you 14 days to return any item – even if it is not faulty. Due to the nature of the business you may be charged a collection fee for the return of any unwanted items.

The item has arrived but won’t fit

If your item does not fit, please refuse delivery and our courier will be able to take your item away there and then. You have 14 days to change your mind and receive a full refund. The colour isn’t what I expected – how can I return the product?

What if my order is damaged?

At Aark we pride ourselves on the quality and finish of all our products. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item, and our team will be on hand to help resolve the issue and advise on the options available including refund or replacement. To help our team rectify the issue in a timely manner, we ask that you send us photographs of the fault to enquiries@aarklondon.com
